How the Loaner Program Works

Our fleet is real but not unlimited. Loaners are assigned on a first-come basis, which is why we recommend asking about one at the time of your free estimate so we can reserve a vehicle for your drop-off date. We handle the paperwork in minutes, and there is no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Loaners and Your Insurance Claim

If your policy includes rental coverage, or the at-fault driver's insurer owes you a rental, we coordinate that directly with the carrier as part of your collision repair claim. If a loaner is not available for your dates, we will help you line up rental coverage instead, so either way you stay on the road.

Is the loaner car free?

Yes. There is no out-of-pocket cost. We handle the arrangements and work with the insurance company on your behalf.

How do I reserve a loaner?
